Meet Sara Dudek of @saradudekstitches!

Sara is a true veteran of the crochet industry. Her impressive experience spans years of design, as well as behind-the-scenes leadership for major craft and yarn companies. Her technical knowledge of garment construction is remarkable, and we are so lucky to have her expertise at Plyful!

"I started crocheting and designing when I was a young child and I'm especially inspired by colorwork, lace, and texture. My journey in the fiber world has been quite a whirlwind—I have worked as the design intern for Krochet Kids International, the editor for Interweave Crochet Magazine, and most recently as the Brand Director for WeCrochet.

I love crocheting for mindfulness and mental health, and as a way to engage deeply in the slow fashion movement. Today, I live and work in Colorado with my partner and our pup, continuing to create pieces that focus on the beauty of the craft."
