What can I spend my credits on?

Any pattern in the shop, at any price, including guest designer patterns. One credit unlocks one pattern.

Do my credits roll over if I don’t use them?

Yes. Credits never expire. Use them straight away or save several up and grab a few patterns at once.

What happens to my patterns if I cancel?

You keep them. Every pattern you’ve claimed or unlocked stays in your library permanently, along with any PDFs you’ve uploaded yourself.

What happens to unused credits if I cancel?

They stay in your account, and you can still spend them on any pattern after you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Because patterns are delivered instantly, we can’t offer refunds on memberships or on patterns you’ve unlocked. There’s no lock-in, though — you can cancel Happy Hank anytime, and Unlimited is a one-time payment with nothing to renew.

Does the 20% member discount apply to everything?

It applies to all full-price individual crochet patterns in the shop.

What makes Plyful patterns different?

Most crochet patterns are written in a handful of sizes and scaled up from there, which is why so many finished pieces don’t sit right. Ours are graded properly across a full size range, with shaping worked in so the finished piece suits the body it’s made for. They’re designed to be worn — modern pieces you’d reach for on an ordinary day, not just something to make. That’s what we mean by “Crochet that Fits”.

Who designs the patterns?

Sandra Gutierrez, also known as nomadstitches, is our house designer. Alongside her we’ve collaborated with over 20 guest designers, including Linda Skuja, Andrea Mares, Anna Erlandsson, Ana Maria, Isa Catepillán, Kayla Wood, Sara Dudek, Lee Sartori and Courtney Clark, among many others. Members can use their credits on any of them.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The Plyful workspace runs in your browser on phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install.

Where is the Community Lounge hosted?

The Lounge is our own private, ad-free space, away from social media. No algorithms — just somewhere to share your WIPs, ask questions and talk to other makers.
