Swatch Instructions
This st pattern is worked with 3 different sts and is a 4-row repeat.
Row 1: (WS) Fldc any even number of sts.
Row 2: (RS) Ch 1 and turn. Yoss 1 in every st across the row.
Row 3: (WS) Ch 2 and turn. Dc 1, then *codc 3lo.* Repeat * – * until 1 st remains. Ldc into the last st, inserting your hook into the center of the last codc to create the end ldc.
Row 4: (RS) Ch 1 and turn. Yoss 1 in every st across the row.
Row 5: (WS) Ch 2 and turn. Ldc 1, then ldc 3lo until 1 st remains. Ldc through both loops of the last st.
Repeat the rows 2-5 until your work is as long as you’d like.
Remember to block your swatch, and make it at least 13 x 13 cm / 5 x 5 in so that you can measure the inner 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 in to obtain an accurate gauge.
