The Mosaic Jumper is a celebration of nature at its best! It’s inspired by flower meadows that lie dormant in winter only to burst out in colour with the arrival of Spring. With ALL of the colours and fun mosaic graphics, it’s the perfect garment to use up yarn in your stash, to experiment and have lots of fun with colour. It’s a round yoke pullover with short rows at the back for a perfectly comfortable fit. It has loose sleeves that puff slightly at the bottom, and it is sure to brighten any little one’s wardrobe! The pattern follows mosaic chart and comes with complete video tutorials for learning all of the necessary techniques.

The pattern is available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. / El patrón está disponible en Español. / O molde está disponível em português. / Le patron est disponible en français

Alternative Yarns

Any fingering weight yarn will work, but here are some I love and recommend:

Main gauge

21 sts x 24 rows = 10 cm / 4in
In Single-Row Mosaic Crochet worked in rounds with a 4 mm hook after blocking

Swatch Instructions

Use your gauge swatch to familiarise yourself with the technique following these kinds of charts (instructions included with charts). You can use any of the charts included in the pattern to obtain your gauge or work the Mo-Mo bag tutorial that I have included in my blog.

Be sure to block and check gauge before starting by making a big enough gauge swatch (at least 15 x 15 cm / 6 x 6 in).

Certain materials might sag, and fabric may extend too much with drape, so adjust hook size appropriately.

Always block your swatch for more accurate results.

Description

Made this one for my little niece. I forgot to make a picture before I gave it away, but they send me this one. This is the backside and if you look closely you see the almost invisible join. Was fun to make.
